Cortt Chavis was born in Lumberton NC. Introduced to music at a very early age by his musically gifted family. Writing his first song at the age of nine, Cortt knew that music would be a major part of his life. All through High School and College Cortt focused on music but not until around 2005 did God really begin to flourish his music into his Ministry. Cortt has traveled and ministered through music and word all over the United States and other countries for over 10 years now. He and his wife Amanda and three children, Cortney, Sydney and Isaac moved to the Atlanta GA area in 2012 to start a church. Truth Chapel is growing and a beacon of Truth to the city of Loganville GA and surrounding areas.
